Log in and Cookies
If you are entering your email address and password but the page just refreshes back to a blank login then an adjustment to the cookie settings on your browser is required.
European Stock Exchange diverts users a secure domain called https:/esedocs.com to host your account and back office.
We use a cookie to operate this site in order to allow you to login securely. The cookie does not store any information about you, where you are or any information on the computer you are using. It does not track where you are on the site or what you have been doing. It is used to prove you have logged in only and grant you access to your back office functions.
If cookies have been turned off on your computer you will not be able to log in. To allow cookies on this secure site follow the instructions for your browser below:
In Preferences or Settings, scroll down and click on Show Advanced Settings, then in Privacy, click on Content Settings, Select Allow local data to be set. Click on Manage Exceptions and add the following websites at the bottom of the Hostname Pattern list: Enter [.]esedocs.com into the box and Allow from the dropdown menu. Click Done.
In Preferences click on Privacy, Click Always Allow in Cookies and Website data. Log in to your account and back office.
Click on Preferences once more. Click on Privacy and the Details button below the cookie choices. Search for esedocs.com. Once the cookie is installed you can choose to return your settings to one of the other choices such as Allow from the current website only.
In Firefox, click on Preferences, then Privacy. in History select Use custom settings for history, tick Accept Cookies from Sites. For Accept third-party cookies: select Always. Click on Exceptions, add the following websites in the box under Address of website: www.esedocs.com. Set the Behaviour to Allow for each and Save Changes. Once you have logged in the first time then you can go back into settings and change this to one of the other choices should you wish.
